Lesley Boyd is a research group leader at National Institute of Agricultural Botany, in Cambridge, UK. A wheat-rust pathologist for over 20 years, she has worked to improve our understanding of the complex genetics and functional mechanisms that explain the complex interactions between cereals and pathogens. Boyd has many international collaborators, and supports colleagues in their research around the world.
